Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Cream in Nude – Swatches,Review
Miss Claire, this is a brand that suddenly gained so much popularity in recent times. The reason is quite obvious. The close resemble with NYX soft matte lip cream is just the point-blank answer. Everyone is going gaga over them and I don’t have enough words to explain my love for these. Yes, finding a product that resembles another product is nothing new as finding a fake one is real easy these days but at the same time, finding something which is just not fake but the exact dupe is kind of surprising. In Mumbai, finding a cheap dupe is never a difficult job and don’t be surprised if you get to see MAC lipsticks are being sold by the street vendors 😀
Coming back to the point, I am always in a look out to get my hands on new makeup products and lip products are first priority. When I first saw the Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Creams at the Beauty Center, I was not excited but felt like eww..now the most famous NYX soft matte lip cream has a fake cheap replica. But when I swatched the shades that were available in Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Creams, I couldn’t believe my eyes and I had to get them :O These are like the exact dupes for just 1/4th of the NYX cost.

Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Cream in shade 17 comes in a package that it is a total replica of NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream including the description.
Most of my experience I have pen down in my previous post about these and now I just want to talk about the shade. The shade#17 is a dusky nude which totally turned out to be my perfect nude lips shade. I can now surely try the cult classic combination – “Smokey eyes and Nude lips” . The color payoff is great and one swipe is enough to cover my pigmented lips and the texture is velvet like and yet very light on lips and it dries out to settle down as matte finish and I must say the Matte finish is just the RIGHT MATTE which everyone would love to wear. The package is good enough to carry around. The staying power is 4 hours and later you will need to touch up. Since it is a matte lip cream, application of a very moisturizing lip balm is a must (at least for girls with very dry lips like mine). The color comes into the family of nudes/beige so this particular shade may not suit everyone. The availabilty is a major con and I am yet to find these in any other places except the beauty palace/beauty center,Mumbai.
